Vice Mayor Brad Wade
Brad was born and raised in Virginia and moved to Morningside in 1987 at the age of 10. Being raised in the town, he decided to raise his own family here. He is married to Amy and together they have four daughters Samantha, Nicole, Jasmine, and Peyton. As a people person, Brad worked as a route driver/sales representative for many years.
Some goals Brad has for the town are recreating the energy and sense of community from when he was a kid here. Brad is working with the Mayor and Council to improve on events for July 4th, Trunk or Treat and Movie Night to name a few. He is also working with the Public Works Department to improve public safety and roads to include adding the stop lines at the stop signs, tree removal as well as operating the snow plow.
