MEA Weatherization Grant program has returned!!
This program was introduced to the Town of Morningside four years ago and has assisted many families with weatherization upgrades for their home.
Morningside residents were granted nearly $30,000 is weatherization assistance, totally free. This is a grant that will assist homeowners with up to $6,000.00 in weatherization assistance.

Water heaters
HVAC
Appliances
Insulation
Etc...

(for qualified residents on a first come, first served basis)
Energy Audits
Home Retrofits
Energy Star Appliances
To qualify, residents must provide:
12 months of energy data
2017 income tax returns
proof of home ownership
